Poor service
I waited 2 hours in a queue to change my address with a copy of my lease and the information was incorrectly captured even after the person asked me to confirm the address. This is shocking service for such a basic request.

17 Jun 2020, 13:32Well the address has been updated but they have changed my surname back to my ****en surname and changed my email address to an old one. I can't believe this is happening.
