Poor service

06 November 2024 I submitted a payment dispute and only heard from the bank on 19 November 2024 I received a follow-up for documents on the same day I sent them. On 21 November 2024 I was sent a notification that they'll close the enquiry because I failed to submit the documents. Documents which I have submitted on 21 November 2024.
