Poor service

I was given an email address to contact fnb homeloans via the fnb chat app. When I sent an email, I get a correspondence to say that this address does not exist. I'm working full time and can't make it to the branch, and I don't have airtime to call. Emails have become the most convenient way to communicate and fnb is not making this user friendly. You ask us "how can we help you" Well please start by considering your customers and not your fat paycheck
