Poor service

Visited the Boitumelo Junction branch yesterday 26/08,got assisted well by consultant.hardly 10 min later I recieved a call from *** investments dept.my profile has been put on hold and I should expect a call from *****s department before COD.still nothing no call.i tried calling the investment number myself but I'm not getting thru.
