Poor service

I recently had to claim for repairing my vehicle and from the start it was made my problem to collect the courtesy car, I am leaving my car at the panelbeaters to get repaired, now I must go and collect the courtesy car from the car rental company, with what car? If I wanted the vehicle delivered to the panelbeaters, i had to pay delivery fees. After numerous emails and complaints I read the "small print" and the insurance was liable to pay these fees after all. Now what a struggle to get this refunded between the insurance and car rental company!!!! When I signed up I was asked what type of vehicles I preferred as a rental and I stated a polo, when I asked about the polo, I was told I could not choose the vehicle, I had to take what is available that day! I expected the same quality/size vehicle as my own car in this instance...... But I was wrong! Very unhappy with the service I received and still getting.
