Poor service

I have 2 unauthorized debit orders on my account. I asked it to be to reversed and Im being offered that Covid 19 relief. I dont want an extra debt while I can have my debit order reversed. The call centre agents are rude and the are just giving poor customer service. I have tried calling the companies who debited and Im being referred back to my bank. I just need to understand how does reversing a debit order in my account affect them? This is pathetic.
