Poor service
This is the most useless, ****** and uncaring bank I've ever engaged with! 1 query is still not resolved almost a year in, their staff didn't even know how to locate my account and current my credit profile is dented and cannot be fixed due to their incompetence which makes us as customers suffer. No comms, no email responses on time, I as a customer has to always follow up so this is very poor service to say the least and the person currently dealing with this clearly expresses none care. I currently have family banking for my entire family through premier banking and I'm closing all accounts even for my kids

I want all my premier family banking removed, cancel all my insurances and banking accounts including funeral plans as I want nothing further to do with fnb I'm tired. Furthermore, I will make sure that my entire family and friends cancel ties with fnb and will definitely be spreading the word to all social medias yo tag all influencers...you fnb think we're stupid
