Poor service

Worst service ever, I have been transferred to 5 different agents for a query ( using my own airtime) . Made an online purchase yesterday and the money was reversed only to be told by fnb ( the 5 th agent) it would only take 4-5 working days to receive the money back….. such an inconvenience because now I have to use my emergency money to make the purchase again as it is an emergency purchase.
