Poor service

Good day. I would like to.ask if anyone can assist me. Every time i go to my bank (wich is fnb) they do not want to help me. I tried to get car finance wich they decline then i tried several times to start my own business and did everything they asked of me and when i gave my business plan to the manager she did not even looked at it and declined it again. Then i wanted to.buy a house. I did a pre approval and it was successful but then when i app**** for the home load it was once again declined. When i asked what the reason is they said that i do not have enough credit. They did not even contacted me like they said they would. I would like to know what is going on. A am going to change banks because this is ridiculous. They are not willing to help their clients. I am with them for 8 or more years and i do not have any bad credit with them or anyone else. Please advise me what to do
