Poor Service

Yesterday I visited my local FNB branch in Atlantis to open a Business Bank account and was told what documents would be needed. We then got the required docs and visited the branch a few minutes later and was told oh no sorry they cannot open the account now. They made a copy on one document and said someone will call us by Friday. I took off from work to do this and wasted my time. Shocking
