Poor service

Today i was withdrawing my father’s sassa grant, only 2 atms were working, then i withdraw the money, it game me an error that it can’t complete my transaction i should try another one or another bank, I tried calling ther atm and the money was gone, i went inside to enquire, no help was received but for me bur for me to tell the owner of the card to come to the branch to see what is wrong with the card. How is it the fault of the customer that the machines have fault? My father is over 90years and will be impossible for him to do up and down for this nonsense. I expected better service from fnb🚮🚮🚮
