Poor service

I have a small business and over the 6 years I’ve been with FNB their service has degenerated to the extent that when you try to get hold of somebody, they don’t get back to you and today the call us for help number doesn’t work! I wasn’t even allowed to have an online chat! So service is not a priority at all.
