Poor service

I purchased a laptop from FNB, received the communication of the delivery and then no delivery took place. I contacted the courier company and was advised that the couriers were hijacked. I was then told that I will receive communication regarding my order. I have been calling around all week, the couriers refer me to FNB, FNB refers me to Digital Planet. No one is sending out formal communication of what happened and what the process will be going forward. There is NO customer service in this regard. I have to call around for feedback without success.
