Poor service during this stressful times

I understand that it’s difficult to assist due to covid-19 But if am asking my bank for assist because I don’t have money and I just need a simple reversal so I can have money to eat and your bank can’t even help and their only bankers can’t even answer simple issue I don’t know what’s the piont of you guys saying you will help when am more depressed

Telkom took money from me I need to reverse an over payment I made to them so I can get my money back and still no assistance
