Poor Service Disputes Department

On the 28/06/2016 I went in to a Fnb branch the first time to log a dispute regarding funds that went of my account that was not supposed to go off. They informed me this will take 5 tot 7 working days. After the 10 working days still no feedback from Fnb went back to their Branch where they informed me I had a lack of evidence but they can log it again. ( My question why could no one phone me to inform me about this. Logged a second dispute also informed me this would take 5 to working days again 10 working days passed no feedback. At the end of July I went back to a Fnb branch submitting all possible evidence that even a Kid in grade 1 would understand, Fnb informed me this is no an exculated matter and would only take 3 working days, Joke was on me after waiting and phoning and emailing Lerato Mhlari and Ziyaad Mahomed (Team Leader) various times they would never call me back or rarely reply to my emails After the last conversation we had they informed me my funds will be returned back to me by the 19/08/2016 which is now two months later than I logged the first dispute. In the mean time I been more than patient cancelled my cards and waited. But no longer the amount owed back to me which is my money is more than R1000.00 and I am tired of Fnb and their lack of passion the assist their clients everone be aware Fnb has AWEFUL customer service. I opening my Fnb in the beginning of this year when I switch from ABSA but it was the biggest mistake of my life. I hope with this review I will get assistance from someone at Fnb but I am not going to wait for any more working days as they refer to at Fnb, I believe that is just an excuse to not start working on our querry immediatly.
