POOR SERVICE (***** department )

My account is compromised and needs urgent attention, called the ***** department and I've had 2 agents hanging up on me, the last one was very rude and refused point blank to check if whether it's my account or the card that was compromised... She kept on saying she is on my profile and the other agent I spoke to prior left a note,she never even verified me , only took my phone numbers and called back and still no verification was done (POPI ACT). Another issue is that my card is cancelled by the ***** desk chat agent and I'm being told that I must pay R160 for the new one ,I need that waived because theres a valid reason(*****) why this card is cancelled. YOUR RESPONSE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!!
