POOR SERVICE DELIVERY//PROTECTION OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

FNB is the worst bank to deal with regarding complaints.

I have a personal loan with FNB, since 2018 the debit order was processed on my account.

For some unknown reason, FNB did not debit my account for the past 2 months.

I had to trf the payments to my loan account.

I am further charged for card transactions, although I have unlimited card usage.

It came to my attention that my identity is being used in Namibia and currently hold an account with FNB Namibia.

On adressing the matter with FNB I was informed that they are not allowed to give me this information, even with this account is linked to my Identity Number and Name.
