Poor service delivery from FNB

I was at Chatsworth FNB to do an atm deposit, atm cancelled my deposit without returning the cash. Came in the following morning to claim my money and I was told no cash will be paid and I have to fill out a claim form and wait 4 working days for my money. Apparently according to management the same atm was just serviced on same day but obviously still not working. Poor service delivery from FNB
