Poor service delivery for statements
To get a monthly statement for any account is like putting teeth. I've been pushed from pillar to post to try to get assistance but to no avail.

27 Sept 2022, 09:53And I've just discovered that fnb has charged me R125 for a chq account statement and R40 x 3 for savings account statements. These statements werent even up to normal standards and one should be able to download your own statements. I will certainly be shopping around to change to another bank.
