Poor Service Delivery

The worst service EVER!!!! I reported a case of ***** on my account over a month ago and have not received a single phone call, email or text message. FNB told me that an investigator would contact me within 5-7 days, I am still waiting for said phone call. When I try to follow the phone literally rings indefinitely and then cuts out.

Can FnB please value its customers and keep their word!!!
