Given a run around on funds reversal and to cancel with *****sters first and how to negotiate cancellation with *****sters instead of a bank entrusted with my money to reverse the unauthorized funds. I don't share my bank account with *****sters and the bank has to listen to my instructions on my account and failing which I will have to move my account to its competitors that put customer service first.
