Poor service delivery
Im having a very bad serve delivery from FNB their system has changed scanning documents which has QR bar code, but the masters of hi court is letter of Excutive does not have a QR code before I could get help with my late estate letter to Excutive now FNB has a hold on my late estate account they can't release the money because of the letter of Excutive has never changed it dose not come with a QR code I even requested a new letter please need some asistun skilled employees at fnd thanks.

09 Mar 2026, 10:13I don't recommend eneyone to open a late estate account with FNB employees is very unskilled port service delivery I submit all relivant documents but they refuse to remove hold on my account but they deduct their monthly fee every month.
