Poor service delivery

The beginning of this year i decided to switch to FNB. I went to Centurion mall FNB to open a cheque and credit card account. The consultant told me that everything was in order and that i will have to wait 1 week for my credit card to arrive. It's been a MONTH! I have written numerous emails to the credit card department. I have sent them 3 bank statements, 3 month payslips, even my 2016 IRP 5. I have not received any feedback. Very poor service delivery.

I have asked FNB to arrange a time and date when to call me, because i cannot answer my phone at any given time. No such arrangements have been made....

Once again i have received an email from FNB asking me to send them a 3 month bank statement /3 month payslip /IRP 5. I have received numerous emails requesting the same thing. I have sent all the supporting documents each and everytime. The service is really pathetic, worse i have ever received from any bank. They say they are trying to assist, but how many emails must i sent with my 3 month payslips attached before the do their job!
