Poor service delivery

I recently opened an FNB account. My cards were delivered to me at my workplace but i was not informed that I'd have to go into an FNB branch to activate my cards. For a bank that claims convenience Im dissapointed with the poor service that I've recieved, whats the point of delivering it to someone if they still have to go to a branch?
