Poor Service Delivery

I app**** for an FNB Business account at the end of June and as I am an exisitng FNB customer, I thought it would be reasonably straight forward to set up. I've now waited more than a month for this account to be activated and I've had to pay a fee for a debit order bouncing back as a result. We've supp**** all the required documentation and still no response.
