Poor Service Delivery
I have been waiting for 5 days for someone from legal services to clear my record. I have provided my clearance certificate on 31/01 and was told it would take 3-5 days. To date I am still waiting and feeling highly frustrated.
I asked for someone to call me and am still waiting.
Service delivery is very bad and very disappointing since I am a long standing client albeit with limited funds. I am still a client who deserves to be taken seriously.
