Poor Service Delivery

FNB Car insurance , i met accident that was in April 2024 i reported the matter to fnb and they gave the job to be done by auto magic panel beaters in Benoni , when they returned the car to me i told them that this car is showing up engine light and when im driving the car it very shaking , they advice me to take the car to mercedez at my own cost , i than refused i kept on sending emails and they were not attending my matter , untill i told them will take them to court in August they took the car and gave me car hire and when the job is completed they are telling me the only thing they will fix ia the steering rack of which they saying Auto Magic failed to pick it up in April , and the front suspension that i complained about they are telling me that it is not covered because iqt wear and tear , of which i have emails where i was telling them to look at my car because im using it every day they ignored me now they are using excuses not to do justice , im totally angry with FNB and im going to close this Private Account and cancel everything and further take them up for this, this is poor and very dishonest service , iqf auto magic failed to see steering rack issue how many other faults they failed ? And today i went to look at my car my sunroof is out of allignment and my tyres are damaged , and a very rude accessor his name is ~Conrad Vermaak i called him to report and sent him pictures where i was handing over the car he is stubborn and rude with poor customer service values
