Poor service delivery!

Claim lodged on the 24th August. No feedback received unless I send an email asking for feedback. After the first follow up I received a call during a meeting and requested that an email be sent with feedback this was agreed to but not received. Sent another email asking for feedback and missed the call and then promptly received a message informing me to call you on an incorrect phone number!!! Good day, kindly take note that we attempted to call you without success. Please call the offices of Law on call - ***3(option 2). I call the correct number someone answers and immediately transfers me to the call rating service without even speaking to me!!!! Absolutely shocking! Pathetic to say the least!!!
