Poor service delivery

FN bank City branch... what an absolutely appalling experience. I've been in line for over an hour and only 2 clients have been assisted at the tellers! What an absolute disgrace that you cannot deliver the service we pay for. I definitely do not pay for this sort of service with the enormous monthly account and interest charges sure you should be able to deliver efficient service to your clients!
