Poor service

I went to the Bank during my lunchtime to sort out a few issues I have got with my profile. Well an hour later I was still sitting Waiting for an hour....... They have got a lot of money for revamping, fixtures and fittings and new chairs etc. Paid by us paid with the exorbitant bank charges they are charging us. 4 cubicals - 3 manned and lots of people sitting waiting. I am closing all my accounts as soon as I can, and will NEVER recommend then to any of my friends and family members. Stop spending money on unimportant items and spend more time hiring people to improve customer care services.
