Poor service

I would like to express the disappointment I have with fnb instead of returning my home loan debit order that I couldn't honour because of a funeral at home they put my account on a minus and charge me R350 on a daily basis as my account is overdrawn in 2 days my account is already on a 7500 overdrawn yet I don't have an overdraft
