Poor service!!!

FNB has taken my loan repayment off on the 25th of this month (June 2021) despite my salary date only being the 28th of every month. Not only did they take my salary too early, I also paid R10,000.00 into that loan account on the 21st of this month (June 2021) . FNB what’s your strategy here? You do realise that South Africa is at an all time low at the moment. Start taking care of your clients that pay on time dispute this and have kept paying despite this!
