poor service

First phoned my "Private banker", ask a question said she cannot see my information, I need to speak to a secure banker on phone. Spending 45 minutes on online secure chat being transferred from pillar to post with no resolution to my query. Transferred several times and twice to the same department. With still no resolution to my query.
