poor service

fnb keeps on returning my payments when I purchase an airline ticket. The money was supposed to go on hold and then go back into my account without informing me. the transaction now is missing on my bank statement. I made a complaint on the app with no feedback at all. I started phoning but just got transferred from one to the other and no one can or will help me. I have wasted the whole day on the phone hundreds of rands on airtime with no luck. I will be closing my account asap
