Poor service

I am really disappointed with this bank, I logged a complain on the 11th of June with hello peter, they only call back on the 19th June asking for info, after that I heard to follow up with the person who called me and they call again on the 22 June till today i don't know what is happening, i just call now and they told me to wait when i said I am reporting to the other channel they said to me is okay byeee. I mean how do we trust such a bank with our money if employ can just log in with our names and give away our bank statement and the bank take it easy like this?
