Poor service

Bad service by fnb carlswald branch i had opened a business account and the guy that assisted me never got it right from the beginning he ended up opening 2 business account and eventualy when it was sorted option of delivery to home or work was not mentioned because of fees so i said it fine i can pick up because i work at the mall and he assured me there wont be charges now i see i owe the bank R200 for courier that i dont know.
