Poor service

Dear all, i paid all FNB account in full on 5 Nov 2020.Since than i waiting for a pay-up letter.FNB owe me R622 i waiting for the reimbur*****t from the 17th of Nov 2020. I very disappointed that such a big institution treat they clients. PLEASE FNB CLOSE MY AND AND SEND THE PAY-UP LETTER.YOU OWING ME MONEY!!!!!!!
