Poor service

I am dissappointed in my bank. Firstly my bank fees increased to R900 per month which is ridiculous. I demand this is reviewed. When I joined the bank I was not advised that my bank charges would be this exhorbitant. Last month it was R400. why now has it drastically increased? I am certain there has to be some administrative error. Please review this and refund my monies. Secondly I disputed a debit and was advised it will take 40 days to resolve. This is preposterous that something this simple would take so long. Please sort yourselves out FNB.
