Poor service

FNB highveld mall, a branch that employees can't do their job but give excuses. I have been going there since Monday wanted to open account they've been giving excuses till today Friday, before they could assist me they gossip thinking I'm not listening saying he's the one who came yesterday, then one of them named Zanele said I should come back tomorrow everything will be working I asked her how do you know she said I just know.
