Poor Service

Im Trying to move from Nedbank to Fnb the past two weeks . Went to the branch waited a hour on Monday when i got in front of the line i heard theire systems is offline

Went Online tried to book an apointment by Three Rivers branch still waiting for them to phone me .

Went to the branch again Im trying to move from a Platimun Cheque account to a Fnb Fushion Account My Credit Score is great

It was declined an the guy at FNb Three Rivers could not told me why even if i met all the requirements

Please stay away from FNB as theire customers service is still not at the same level as the other banks
