Poor service

Poor customer service and terrible timing when payments are cleared , I'm waiting a lifetime for them to clear payments and then they clear it 12 at night... Always lets me down.

I pay almost R300 per month on banking fees , and Capitec clears salaries at work before FNB.

Other people using Capitec received their salary on Saturday and I'm still waiting for them to clear my salary.

I opened a Capitec account today , soon to leave FNB.
