Poor service

I'm very disappointed with fnb..I had few personal loans with you from last year and when I check my credit profile it still appears as if I'm still owing you. I called several times for my paid up letter which took time to get only to find that you have only cleared the resent loan the previous ones still appears. I can't open an account because of this. I have never missed any payment but my credit profile is messed up because you don't update. That clearly shows that you don't care about your customers and your job.Im really thinking now to switch to another bank.
