Poor Service

After 2 months I still have not received any COVID relief because according the FNB I was financially stressed before the pandemic, that is their excuse, yes FNB things are much better now (sarcastic). This is not the first time that my bank have failed me, if you are looking for a bank to support you rather choose ABSA, they have been excellent in providing relief, DirectAxis (FNB) loan still no response.
