Poor service

I am already existing fnb client for many years, I have an existing bond with fnb for another property, it's a sectional title and does not have a body Corp.

I have structural insurance for that flat for the value of the bond. I have been approved for another bond for another flat, fnb rejected the application because there is no body Corp, the first property I have is also financed by fnb, I need url to reconsider and make recommendations for me to have insurance as there is no body Corp, no consideration was made knowing I am an existing client with a property with no body corp
