Poor service

John from Credit Card Fulfilment and Dewayne Gordon. Poor service from both this people. Signed up for a credit card, waited 7 working days to get the card as communicated, nothing from them. Only when I follow up via Secure chat, I am told that I didn’t sign the contract which doesn’t make sense as I signed on the day of the approval. What is the point of the pre-approval agreements if nothing is going to happen once accepted quotes?
