Poor service.

I get a call on the 5th of July 2020 just after 2pm from some lady at FNB. The call centred around a concern I raised. I couldn't make out the lady"s name because of a bad line and she said she'd call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. What kind of service is it from FNB if they don't return calls. My matter to me was and still is a serious matter. They must stop what they doing.
