Poor service

Yesterday I requested information about global account and was called by Mrs Pillay she said she had network issues, then I requested on Facebook to be called again the person who was assisting said it's not her department then said the first consultant will give me a call she never did when I requested help on Facebook they said they've been trying to reach me while I was waiting for their call the whole of today and never had their missed call
