Poor service

FNB is playing with me almost 2 month they don't want to refund my money , i traded cripto with someone, they paid me i even confirmed their onershipvof the account before they pay i provided sufficient proofs to the investigator to support because the guy wanted to make a reversal payment I even have all the conversations between me and the ****med that wanted to make the reversal.

My account was blocked i asked for refund no news i went to the branch the investigator does not pick up the call they do nothing even i gave alternative bank account for them to make the refund and after weeks they are saying that they are checking my alternative bank account, please give my money i will post on all social media .
