POOR SERVICE

There is a debit order that off my account on the 25tgh of March the day I called they told me it can only be reversed after 24 hours. All of a sudden the debit order functionality is suspended because people are reversing valid debit order. I am not able to get my money back because FNB have decided that they need p to be controlling how I conduct my account. In normal circumstances valid debit-order are reversed and its not issue cause the bank bills you. This debit order is not valid and I want my money back today, if someone doesn't call me to resolve this I will be moving my account from FNB cause clearly you don't value me as a client. They using this stupid chat message that responds after hours. USELESS PEOPLE.
