Poor Service

Opened a new account requested for the card to be delivered to Fnb Balfour Park Shopping centre. We were advised they could not do that so we had to go with the courier option and we were told we would have our card this weekend as I urgently do need it. Was told today we must wait another 5 - 7 days cos they need to courier it we never asked for the courier. Need to also take out a loan it got declined the first time with them saying the salary was incorrect which was not true we had to reapply wed did 2 days ago were told someone would call us only today did they call as I answered they put down. i immediately call back and to find the new loan is declined cos they could not get hold of me. Yet I called more than once today earlier I got transferred from one person to another
